NV PLUS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages / shipments.
We only ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes (UPS will not deliver to them).
Items of lower weight, volume, and price are typically shipped via USPS (though may be shipped via UPS).
Products listed as "ready to ship", or similar, are in live inventory and are shipped as soon as possible. Typically, we will list a timeframe for shipment (i.e. "ships in 2 business days"), however, please note that shipping and processing times are an estimate and not a guarantee. Tracking information will be emailed once a shipping label is generated.
While we strive to consistently keep items in stock and ready to ship, certain products are made to order or may have a lead time (night vision and thermal units, in particular). Please contact us to confirm lead times before ordering.
